Festive Christmas Call Out for Submissions
Please email 3 images maximum or a piece of text 300 words maximum – if we have too many texts we might have to whittle words down so please be aware of that if you’re trying to push word limits!
We keep submissions free and make back the costs of printing and arrangement/editing from our sales of our Zine so we ask that if you want to submit a piece of work to ensure you are committed to buying a Zine to promote our art and words by neurodivergent women.
This Festive Zine’s theme is “Being Two” – you can take that anyway you like – divided, split in two, split in half, coupled, twinned, 11, twin flamed, number sequences, serendipity, coincidences etc
E-mail: magicwomen8@outlook.com with your images or text, also include a very short bio (50 words max) – all images must be of you or original art/photography by you, text must be your writing, please include the name you want to publish under.
We must work to a very tight turnaround and we weren’t sure we’d be able to make it but we have realised we CAN so get submitting your adhd/ASD art words!
This Zine will be on sale at Live Art Development Agency in Bethnal Green at their Festive Market on 8th December, at the Hammersmith King Street Christmas Market on 7th December, at Northend Road Fulham Christmas Market on 15th December and at The Minories Gallery Shop in Colchester AND at H&F Handmade Artists Shop in King’s Mall Hammersmith and copies will be for sale in Luxembourg so keep spreading the word!
